Purchasing Geo-Plus Software

Every year Geo-Plus releases a new and improved version of all its software. Customers receive an email with links towards software and all necessary documentation. More information on purchasing.

The customer who requests it, may receive a CD-ROM by mail.

Maintenance includes support and updates.

Technique Support


Several methods are available to answer customers' questions

The issues arising from AutoCAD or MicroStation use are not included in the maintenance plan. However, the FAQ answers some of those questions.

Updates

Updates are sent a few times a year. An email containing a password and a username is sent to clients toward the update.
 

Georeferencing Service

This service is provided to the owners of Geo-Plus VisionDoc, the land document management software. The entire client's data is inserted into VisionDoc database with accuracy. For more information, watch our short online demo: Georeferencing Service
 

Consultation

One of the strengths of Geo-Plus is in its relationship with customers. Geo-Plus is happy to share its knowledge in order to help clients make the best choices. For firms of any size, Geo-Plus can conduct feasibility studies and analysis of specific needs.

Software Implantation

Geo-Plus can help a client through the stages of implementation of geomatics projects which includes:

  • Inventory of documents and spatial data
  • Modeling and structure of data used in the descriptive files
  • Creating information systems of spacial references
 

Development of Specific Software Modules

Geo-Plus has the ability to create programs that fit the client's specific needs in civil engineering and land survyeing software. Personalized modules can be developed quickly.

 

Training

Geo-Plus Training Center was created with the intent to facilitate training on CAD and on the Vision Series software.

Geo-Plus Training Center adjusts to firms' schedule and availability for it offers training in four different ways:

  1. Live using remote technology
  2. In the training Center, in Laval, Qc.
  3. At the customer's office
  4. In an academic institution
Trainers adjust classes according to the specific fields of customers.
