Courses given on the Vision Series Software

• If a cancellation is made ​​15 days or more before the start date of a course, no amount will be due;
• If a cancellation is made ​​between three and fourteen days before the start date of a course, half the fee will be charged;
• If a participant does not attend a course or cancels within 2 working days before the course, the full registration fee is payable.
• Please note that a minimum of 3 participants is required for the course to take place. However, if there aren’t three entries for the courses you have chosen, we will notify you 5 working days before the course start date to reschedule with you.
• If , we are unable to start the course within 40 days after the course you registered for, it will be possible for you to obtain a refund of 100% of the amount paid for the training.
• If the course hasn’t begin after 40 days, you will have also the opportunity to have the training, either at our offices / your office / or via computer, even if there is not a minimum of 3 persons registered, please note that an additional fee equivalent to the amount of 3 listings will be charged .
