Qualifications:

Good track record in outside sales.
Strong telephone communication skills. You know how to listen, influence, negotiate and sell solutions by phone.
Skills for prospecting, client assessment and conclusion of sales.
Experience in computer market a great asset.
Knowledge of surveying or civil engineering, a large asset .
Highly motivated with excellent work ethic .
Ambitious and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to develop new business relationships and maintain relationships that are already established.
Ability to make sales calls and service calls to customers.
Organizational skills and time management.
Good computer skills related to Microsoft Word (word processing, spreadsheets to keep potential customers) .
Being fluent in English and French (immediate working environment is French)

Perform research and analyze your sales territory and the needs of potential customers.
Find potential buyers .

Manage and maintain a database of potential customers.
To make after sales follow-ups.
Perform, on request, other related duties.

Qualifications:

Essential : Solid knowledge of Civil Engineering or Land Surveying. Minimum three years experience.
Essential : Solid knowledge of AutoCAD. Minimum three years experience.
Essential : Five (5) years experience with at least one of Geo-Plus software (VisionPlus, VisionCivil, VisionCadastre).
Essential : Excellent in both, spoken and written French and English.
Important : Three years experience in teaching.
